I Am The Rain King

I enjoy the rain.  I really do.  I’m sick of the heat of the summer and the rain is really quite welcome in my book.  However, it comes with two pretty serious negatives:

  1. The Tigers game could not be played tonight.  I really do want them to spoil the White Sox season.  It would be a satisfying silver lining to this puke-poor season.
  2. As a fundraiser for the Youth Center I work out, our staff has to work parking for Michigan State football games.  Tomorrow I have to be outside in the rain starting at 8:45am (it is currently 1:11am).  The weather is looking rainy and with MSU taking on Florida Atlantic I’m guessing our parking lots will not fill up all that quickly.  Oh well.

Ian of Bless You Boys has predicted the Tigers and Sox will play a double header on Sunday.
