Draft Links

June 10th, 2009 Posted in 2009 Season, Andy Oliver, Jacob Turner, Wade Gaynor

There is no shortage of MLB Draft information out there.  I’m not going to just put the same stuff out there as everyone else.  So, the least I can do is put together links to make the information easier to find.  Here it is:

Finaly a quality third baseman selected!
I have heard a lot about Turner and Oliver as well.
The draft just didn’t seem to have the “flair” of last year in my opinion though when the stole four of the hottest relievers on the market. Although it is promising to see a power lefty starting pitcher selected. Our pitching depth is looking pretty good!

Yeah, that power pitching has clearly been a priority for Dombrowski. He’s spent most of his early picks the last few years on pitchers. Things should be looking really good in two years or so.
